Welcome to Luminous Lifeforce. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you visit this website, book a session, participate in a group or online event, or access any offerings provided by Julia Eske and Luminous Lifeforce. By engaging with these services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are designed to create a safe, clear, and supportive experience for everyone. Please read them carefully before booking or participating.

1. Services

Luminous Lifeforce offers energy-based practices including private sessions, group sessions, online sessions, courses, and membership programs. All services are for personal development, self-discovery, relaxation, and wellbeing. They are not intended as therapy or medical treatment.

2. Not medical advice

Life Force Activation and related offerings are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

  • I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
  • You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new wellness or energy-based practice, especially if you have a physical or mental health condition, are pregnant, or are under medical supervision.
  • Participation is voluntary and done at your own discretion and responsibility.

By booking, you agree that you are solely responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during and after sessions.

3. Bookings & cancellations

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through the website or approved booking platforms.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session.
  • Refunds are not provided for cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows.
  • If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

4. Money-back guarantee

For first-time clients only, I offer a money-back guarantee to ensure you feel safe in trying this work.

  • If you feel absolutely nothing during your first session and notice no shifts in your wellbeing within 7 days after the session, you may request a refund.
  • Requests must be submitted by email within 7 days of the session date, including a short description of your experience.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • This guarantee applies only to your first session (private, group, or online) and does not apply to memberships, packages, retreats, or subsequent bookings.

5. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Luminous Lifeforce does not store or have access to your full payment details.
  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

6. Membership billing & cancellation

  • Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected).
  • To cancel your membership, you must submit a cancellation request over email before your next billing date.
  • Cancellations requested on or after the billing date has passed will take effect for the following billing cycle. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.
  • Premium Membership requires a 3-month minimum commitment. This plan can be canceled only starting from the 4th billing cycle.

7. Age requirements

Participants must be at least 18 years old. Minors under 18 may participate only with written parental or guardian consent.

8. Privacy & confidentiality

  • Any personal or health information you share (such as through intake forms) is kept confidential.
  • Information is used solely to support your experience and is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • Group settings require mutual respect: anything shared by other participants must remain confidential.

9. Results disclaimer

Every individual’s experience with Life Force Activation is unique. While many clients report powerful shifts, relaxation, breakthroughs, and transformation, results cannot be guaranteed.

  • Experiences may vary from session to session.
  • The process is not designed to create specific outcomes or replace medical or therapeutic care.
  • By booking, you acknowledge that your results depend on your own openness, readiness, and unique process.

10. Limitation of liability

By booking or participating in any session, program, or event, you agree to the following:

  • You are participating voluntarily and take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luminous Lifeforce and Julia Eske are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation in sessions or use of this website.
  • You release Luminous Lifeforce and Julia Eske from all liability relating to your participation, except where prohibited by law.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website and within programs (including recordings, meditations, transmissions, and written materials) is the property of Luminous Lifeforce and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. By engaging with these services, you agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of U.S. courts.

13. Updates to these Terms

Luminous Lifeforce may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in services, technology, or regulations. The most recent version will always be posted here with the updated date. Continued use of the site or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
